VoxFX Privacy Policy

VoxFX ("the app") is an offline voice-changer app published by Yusuf Suhair. This policy explains what the app does and does not do with your data.

Summary

VoxFX collects nothing. It has no servers, no analytics, no ad network, and no account system. Everything the app does happens entirely on your device.

Microphone access

VoxFX requests microphone (RECORD_AUDIO) permission so you can record voice clips inside the app. Recording only happens while you are actively using the record screen — the app does not access the microphone in the background or at any other time.

Where your recordings go

Every clip you record and every effect you apply is processed entirely on your device using on-device digital signal processing. Recordings are never uploaded, transmitted, or sent to any server — VoxFX has no server to send them to. Clips you choose to save stay in the app's local storage on your phone until you delete them or uninstall the app.

Sharing

If you tap a "Send it to" / Share option, VoxFX hands the clip to the Android share sheet or the specific app you choose (e.g. WhatsApp). That's the only way a clip ever leaves your device, and it only happens when you explicitly choose to share it.

No accounts, no analytics, no ads (current version)

VoxFX does not require sign-in, does not use any analytics or crash-reporting SDK, and does not currently show ads. If this changes in a future version, this policy will be updated first.

Children's privacy

VoxFX does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children, because it does not collect information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If VoxFX's data practices change (for example, adding ads or analytics in a future release), this document will be updated and the "Last updated" date above will change accordingly.
